Custom Ink - Mare Fair Pickup

Below is the form to order a custom ink drawing for pickup at Mare Fair!

-Orders will be completed before the convention and will be available for pickup at Proprietary Alicorn's Ink Booth in Artist Alley on Saturday, August 29th.-The price includes one character of your choice. It can be any species, and you may give me a pose or vibe you want. The character can be your OC or a canon character. Additional characters will cost an additional $50 on any size paper. Character complexity will not affect the price.-All pieces will be full body. If you wish to make an exception to this, such as a 6"x6" headshot icon, or something else, please let me know in your form and we can discuss a custom quote.

There are three options for custom inks. The base price before additions is:
2.5"x3.5"=$100
6"x6" Tile = $200
17x14=$400
(This covers sales tax)Base price covers the cost of three ink colors; you can choose how and where these colors go. If you only want one color on the list, I will discount you $15.

Each piece comes with a plastic covering sleeve and rolled with love into a cardboard tube for safe travels home. The paper is acid free and fungal free Bristol, sprayed with a spray on varnish to help keep your piece looking as good as the day you bought it.Some general tips for keeping your piece fresh and bright is to keep it out of direct sunlight and humid areas. The varnish used is archival grade and comes with UV protection, however direct sunlight can damage any piece over time.Once you purchase the piece and sign off on the final receipt, the piece is your responsibility. I am not liable for any damages that the piece incurs after it is in your care. If anything should happen to the piece before you pick it up, such as severe damage (ex. water damage, large tear), I will give you full refund.All commissions must follow my terms of service! Please read them before placing an order!Below please put your name or Username, how you would like to be contacted (email, Discord, X, etc.) and what you would like for your order, including size, inks and any additions or special requests.As stated above most of the piece is artistic liberty, however I am willing to work with you on poses, vibes and special requests. Additionally, attach a reference sheet of your character.

Payment plans are available for 1/2 and 1/2 if necessary, half when the sketch is approved and half when the piece is finished. Once the piece is past the sketch phase, I will not refund. If you wish to dispute this, please feel free to reach out to me.
If you wish to cancel your commission at any time before it is past the sketch phase, please reach out and I will happily cancel.
Can't make it to Mare Fair? No worries! Please message me and I will ship it to you in a sturdy shipping tube or stiff folder! Shipping fees will apply.
PLEASE NOTE: I live with a cat! If you have pet allergies, please let me know so I can schedule to draw your commission in a place that does not have cat allergen. I will ensure that the paper does not come in contact with the pet allergen and will be placed in a temporary double plastic covering before being given a fresh covering the day of the convention to avoid as much allergen as possible.Thank you so much for placing an order!
